Description
The State of Ohio is seeking two contractors to provide various envelopes for use by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS). The contract will be awarded to the two lowest responsive and responsible bidders who can manufacture, print, store, and deliver all required envelopes. The estimated annual usage of the various envelopes totals 55,176,565. The contractor will be required to provide proofs for each envelope, and deliveries must be made within 30 working days after receipt of the child purchase order. The contractor will also be responsible for acknowledging orders in Ohio Buys and providing a weekly status report of all shipments.
• The contract term is from February 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
• The contractor must provide a proof for each envelope after the initial order is placed.
• Deliveries must be made within 30 working days after receipt of the child purchase order.
• The contractor will be responsible for acknowledging orders in Ohio Buys and providing a weekly status report of all shipments.
• The contractor must comply with the State of Ohio's requirements for offshore services and data storage.
