ScriptPro Upgrade and Maintenance

The Indian Health Service (IHS) seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance, support, and a full operating‑system/infrastructure upgrade for its ScriptPro pharmacy automation system, which processes roughly 1,000 prescriptions per day. The effort is a Firm Fixed‑Price (FFP) task order covering a 12‑month performance period (09/30/2026‑09/29/2027). Required services include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, software updates, hardware upgrades (Windows 11 migration, BIOS, CPUs, SSDs), server and client device modernization, cybersecurity hardening (endpoint protection, firewalls, encryption), system validation, and de‑commissioning of obsolete components. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable (LPTA) vendor, with all quotes due 09/15/2026. • Perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and safety inspections on ScriptPro robotic dispensers and servers. • Upgrade robotic systems, servers, and client devices to Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019/SQL 2019. • Replace or upgrade hardware (processors, memory, SSDs) and implement BIOS updates. • Implement endpoint protection, firewall management, encryption, and access‑control measures to meet cybersecurity requirements. • Provide on‑site, remote, or factory installation, configuration, and testing services. • Deliver comprehensive service reports (site, SR number, timestamps, issue, resolution, signatures). • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and other federal privacy/security statutes. • Coordinate with the Government’s Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and follow all invoicing and reporting procedures.
