BAS/DDC RFP

The Anchor Bay School District is seeking proposals to provide and install new DDC controllers and components for existing HVAC equipment at nominated schools. The proposal should be submitted in accordance with the RFP specifications, and bidders must provide bid security in an amount of not less than 2.5% of the proposed contract amount. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the RFP process, to reject any or all proposals, and to award program components by component, group of components, or total program. • The proposal should include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee of the firm submitting the bid and the Superintendent of Anchor Bay School District or any member of the Board of Education. • The proposal should confirm that the bidder is not an Iran-linked business as defined in the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, MCL 129.311. • The proposal should be presented in accordance with the RFP specifications. • Bidders can contact Todd Kananen, Centrix Energy Partners, LLC, for more information or a copy of the RFP.
