The GPO is seeking a qualified vendor to produce 65 self‑inking rubber stamps (including three oversized stamps) for the VA’s VAMC Warehouse in Columbia, SC. The contractor will receive a manuscript copy, typeset each stamp, generate a press‑quality PDF proof, and deliver the finished stamps by the required deadline. The work must meet GPO Quality Level 3, include adequate gripper margins, and conform to Buy‑American certification requirements. Proofs must be approved within two work‑days, and the final product shipped with a distribution notice. The contract includes a one‑year warranty from final payment.
• Produce 65 self‑inking stamps (62 standard, 3 oversized) using provided artwork and specifications.
• Provide a PDF proof using the same RIP that will create the final product; proof approval is required within two business days.
• Deliver the completed stamps to the VA Warehouse (6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209) by 29 May 2026, after material pickup availability on 8 May 2026.
• Submit a quote via GPO Publish by 7 May 2026 11:00 a.m. ET, include a W‑9, and certify the end‑product’s domestic or foreign origin.
