MCIC RTU Replacement Project

The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the Marion Crouse Instructional Center RTU Replacement project. The project involves replacing RTU (Roof Top Unit) systems at the center. Bidders are required to submit a single lump sum proposal for the complete work. The bid documents can be obtained from the offices of ARC, and bidders can also request site visits by contacting Jeff Jansen. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process. • The project requires a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or bidder and any member of the school board or administration. • Bidders must submit prevailing wage annual certifications/registrations through the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth. • The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a satisfactory surety bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid price. • The bid documents include plans and specifications prepared by Wakely Associates Inc./Architects.
