Description
The Massachusetts Port Authority is seeking bids for the replacement of street lighting luminaries, removal of existing street lighting structures, installation of new street lighting structures, installation of new electrical conduits, removal of existing electrical panels, and installation of new electrical panels at Logan International Airport in East Boston, Massachusetts. The estimated contract cost is $5,000,000. Bidders must submit a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance and an Update Statement. The bidder must be certified in the category of General Building Construction.
• The bid documents will be made available starting March 11, 2026.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on March 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
• Electronic bids will be received until April 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond.
• The contract is subject to a Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprise participation provision.
