Supply and Delivery of Garbage and Green Carts

The City of Vancouver is seeking a proponent to supply and deliver garbage and green carts. The proponent should have the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively meet the objectives and requirements described in the RFP. The City's preference is to consider a proponent who can provide all the items in the tables, but the City will review all proposals to determine award in whole or split in part or in any combination of products to one or more proponents based on the best value of the products being supplied. • The term of any Agreement is expected to be a three-year period, with two possible three-year extensions, for a maximum total term of nine years. • The City requires all firms that are contracted by the City to provide services on City-owned and leased properties to pay employees who perform those services on City property a Fair Wage as determined by the City in accordance with its Fair Wage policy. • The City’s Alcohol, Controlled Drugs and Medications Policy applies to all contractors doing work on behalf of the City. • The successful proponent will be required to ensure compliance with the policy by its employees when doing work for the City.
