High-Performance Optimization Services

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide High-Performance Optimization (HPO) services, including a full-time Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a part-time Physical Therapist, as well as a contractor-provided Remote Fitness Coaching Smart Phone Application. The services will be performed at the 274th Air Support Operations Squadron in Syracuse, NY. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services. The period of performance is September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027, for the base year, and September 30, 2027, through September 29, 2028, for the option year. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: * Providing a Strength Conditioning Specialist who is qualified and experienced in accordance with the Performance Work Statement * Providing a Physical Therapist who is qualified and experienced in accordance with the Performance Work Statement * Providing a fitness app to provide for remote coaching for all Drill Status Guardsmen who are not present for duty on a full-time basis * Maintaining a current file on all personnel seeking treatment and increasing their performance * Providing quarterly reports to unit leadership and the unit HPO Program Manager * Participating in the collection and reporting of workload data as requested by the HPO program manager * Assisting the HPO program manager in developing and updating criteria-based job descriptions and performance standards.
