The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is seeking qualified bidders to design, fabricate, and install dual‑directional and general‑market bus shelters throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including removal of existing units, construction of new concrete shelter pads, and associated site work. The project is federally funded and requires compliance with Title VI, DBE/SBE participation goals, and a suite of federal certifications. Bidders must submit a complete bid package through the NGEM portal, including business license, bid bond, insurance certificates, performance and payment bonds, and detailed subcontractor listings.
