Description
The City of Holyoke is seeking qualifications and technical proposals from firms to assist in developing a Wastewater Facility Master Plan. The plan will include the City's Wastewater Treatment, Collection, Stormwater, CSO, and Flood Control System, and Industrial Pretreatment Program. The selected firm will also provide assistance with the project design development of priority actions identified through the WW Master Plan development.
• The project includes developing a master plan for the City's wastewater facility
• The plan will cover wastewater treatment, collection, stormwater, CSO, and flood control system
• The plan will also include an industrial pretreatment program
• A mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on May 21, 2026
• The submission deadline is June 11, 2026, 2:00 PM
