This solicitation seeks a single‑award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and operational support for multiple critical utility systems at Commander Fleet Activities (CFA) Yokosuka, Japan. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental engineering required to keep the incinerator plant, weight‑scale systems, potable‑water storage tanks, wastewater‑treatment facilities, and granular activated carbon (GAC) filtration systems operational. The contract is performance‑based, with a Not‑to‑Exceed (NTE) ceiling of ¥850,000,000 (≈ US $5.55 M) for non‑recurring work in the base period and similar ceilings for up to four option periods.
