The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to demolish the existing scale house and truck scale, perform extensive site preparation, and construct a new scale house with associated truck scales, pavement, drainage, and utility connections at the municipal solid waste landfill. Bids must be submitted by the new deadline of April 2 2026, and bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum. This is a firm‑unit‑price solicitation requiring an EJCDC C‑430 bid bond.
• Demolition of existing scale house and truck scale, including disposal of materials.
• Complete new building construction (architectural, structural, MEP) plus two truck‑scale installations with foundations and approach slabs.
