Description
Wayne State University seeks a qualified consulting firm to design and execute a comprehensive student recruitment program targeting South‑Asian markets (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal). The vendor will provide in‑country representation, marketing and outreach, event planning, applicant support, and detailed market‑intelligence reporting, with a staffed office in Mumbai and a U.S. support team. The contract runs for three years, with optional one‑year extensions, and requires robust insurance coverage, ISO‑27001 certification, and compliance with university policies.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services (lead generation, counseling, enrollment support) for undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Conduct on‑the‑ground events, college fairs, and university‑partner activities in South Asia, managed from a Mumbai office.
• Produce regular market‑trend analyses, recruitment strategy documents, and marketing collateral for the university.
• Maintain a qualified in‑country representative with U.S. higher‑education knowledge and strong presentation skills.
• Provide required insurance (minimum INR 50 crore general liability, INR 100 crore public liability) and ISO 27001 or comparable certification.
