DFAS IBM Cognos Training Services

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive IBM Cognos Training services. The training should equip DFAS personnel with the necessary skills to effectively utilize Cognos for data analysis, reporting, and operational support. The vendor must be a registered NASBA CPE sponsor and have the ability to provide materials in a non-proprietary electronic format. The training will be delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual classes, and the vendor must be capable of delivering training at multiple locations. The contract will have a base period of 12 months and three option periods of 12 months each. Some of the key requirements for the training include: • Providing instructor-led training for IBM Cognos software • Delivering training through a combination of in-person and virtual classes • Providing materials in a non-proprietary electronic format • Being a registered NASBA CPE sponsor • Having the ability to provide training at multiple locations • Having a minimum of three years of teaching experience and three years of professional experience as an IBM Certified Cognos programmer/developer for instructors
