Description
Fayetteville State University is seeking bids for the procurement of a telescope for the Planetarium located within the Lyons Science Building as part of the observatory renovation project. The university is looking for competitive offers from qualified vendors and installers to provide the requested equipment. The contract term will begin on the date of final contract execution or May 15, 2026, and will end upon completion and acceptance of all goods and services requested.
Some key points to note are:
* The bid price shall include the total price for each item, including shipping, delivery, handling, administrative, and other similar fees.
* Assembly and set-up at the State’s location shall be shown as an additional line price for each applicable item.
* Invoices may not be paid until an inspection has occurred and the goods or services accepted.
* The vendor shall deliver Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to any requested location within the State of North Carolina.
* The vendor shall complete ATTACHMENT F: LOCATION OF WORKERS UTILIZED BY VENDOR.
* The vendor shall provide a certification of financial condition.
* The vendor shall provide a customer reference form.
