Description
The Department of the Navy is seeking a preventative maintenance service agreement for one Nicolet 1S50 Analytical Flex FTIR Spectrometer. The selected contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including set-up and startup of the instrument, priority technical support, certified service engineers for diagnosis and corrective maintenance, and software and firmware updates. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The Navy is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality services and ensure the instrument is functioning at its highest level of performance.
