Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking quotes for the provision of furniture for the AFLCMC IDO Facility F20016. The requirement includes the delivery of workstations, panels, and other furniture items in accordance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and comply with all applicable provisions and clauses. The period of performance is 120 days after receipt of order.
Key points to consider:
• The contractor must provide a 2D floor plan and 3D renderings of each typical workstation.
• The furniture must meet specific requirements, including a "spin-out pencil drawer" and beltline power with 3 duplex receptacles, 6 power outlets, and 1 data/voice knockout.
• The contractor must comply with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 assessment.
• The contractor must provide their quote electronically, including all required attachments, and must conform to the Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) structure.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with offerors and make no award at all depending on the quality of quotations received and whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable.
