Service of TSQ Quantis Mass Spectrometer

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agriculture Research Service (ARS) Southeast Watershed Research Unit (SEWRU) in Tifton, Georgia requires service on its TSQ Quantis Mass Spectrometer. The contractor shall provide annual preventative maintenance service, non-consumable parts, service engineer labor, and travel included for on-site visits, 2-3 day targeted on-site response time, unlimited technical and digital support, unlimited visits for repair or service, and software upgrades as deemed necessary by the service engineer. The contract will be for a base period of one year and four option periods of one year each. • Annual Preventative Maintenance Service visit per contract cycle • All non-consumable parts, service engineer labor, and travel included for on-site visits • 2-3 day targeted on-site response time with priority over non-contracted clients • Unlimited technical and digital support with priority status over non-contracted clients • Unlimited visits for repair or service as required • Software upgrades as deemed necessary by the service engineer
