Description
The Sequoia Union High School District is seeking a consultant to provide electrical engineering services. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of these services, including the scope of work, compensation, and insurance requirements. The consultant will be required to provide professional services, including design, planning, and consulting, to support the district's projects. The agreement also includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and confidentiality.
• The consultant will provide electrical engineering services as described in Exhibit A.
• The consultant will be compensated based on hourly billing rates and unit prices outlined in Exhibit B.
• The consultant will be required to maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and professional liability insurance.
• The consultant will be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to workers' compensation and fingerprinting/criminal background investigations.
