Description
The U.S. Air Force 51st Civil Engineer Squadron at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, seeks a contractor to manage, inspect, maintain, and repair its fuel storage tank inventory (approximately 365 above‑ground and underground tanks). The effort includes initial baseline surveys, monthly and annual inspections, preventive maintenance, leak detection, tank cleaning, service‑call response, regulatory compliance (U.S. DoD, EPA, Korean statutes), detailed documentation in the STAR system, and coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative.
