Description
Upshur County Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a broad array of cybersecurity‑related hardware to modernize its IT infrastructure. The contract covers the procurement, shipping, and delivery (no installation) of firewalls, switches, wireless access points, servers, network‑attached storage, workstations, tablets, monitors, LTE modems and related accessories, all to be new, manufacturer‑supported, and compliant with grant requirements. The solicitation is funded by the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program, and the award will be made shortly after a public bid opening. Vendors must submit a sealed bid with a 10 % bid bond and meet standard federal debarment and Section 889 telecommunications restrictions.
