Description
The Maryland State Department of Education is seeking proposals from Master Contractors for the procurement of Smartsheet software. The contract is limited to Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The scope of work includes the provision of Smartsheet software licenses, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software warranty and maintenance. The evaluation criteria for the award of the contract will be based on the price and evaluation factors, including the responsiveness and responsibility of the Master Contractor.
• The contract is for a fixed price.
• The Master Contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The Master Contractor must furnish all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or subject to in connection with the products or services provided under this PORFP.
