Description
The University of Central Oklahoma seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance services for interior and exterior commercial doors, handicap door operators, and related hardware across its campus. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price for an initial one‑year term with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and includes an emergency response component with 24‑hour contact and rapid repair timelines. Vendors must use specified hardware (Corbin Russwin locks, Best cylindrical locks, LCN closers, Von Duprin exit devices), supply a 24‑hour emergency line, and meet extensive compliance requirements (E‑Verify, background checks, bond > $50 K, etc.).
• Repair/replace commercial doors, frames, handicap operators, and hardware per detailed specs.
• Provide semi‑annual preventative maintenance for all covered door systems.
