Gwinnett County is seeking an authorized reseller to supply new, unopened OEM toner and ink‑jet cartridges for multiple county departments on a one‑year, renewable contract. The vendor must provide a full line‑item price schedule, guarantee delivery within the specified A.R.O. days, and offer optional recycling and leak‑cleanup services. Awards will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, with the possibility of partial line‑item awards.
• Supply of OEM‑branded cartridges (HP, Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Lexmark, etc.) – new, unopened, in original packaging.
• Required to be an authorized reseller for each OEM brand; must provide proof of authorization if requested.
• Unit‑price quotes inclusive of shipping and inside‑delivery; must include statements on recycling program and on‑site leak‑cleanup capability.
