The City of Holyoke DPW is seeking qualifications from engineering firms to complete the final design and bid-ready construction documents for the River Terrace (CSO-21B) Combined Sewer Separation Project. The work includes confirming and updating utility base mapping, potential field investigations, and completion of permitting and design documents.
