CENTENNIAL PARK ENHANCEMENTS

The City of Englewood Parks, Recreation, Library, and Golf Department is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified contractors for Centennial Park Enhancements. The project includes various packages such as demolition, civil-grading and erosion control, electrical-lighting, landscape-site construction, landscape-signage, landscape-site furnishings and amenities, landscape-planting, and landscape-irrigation. The work will be primarily located at Centennial Park, 4630 S Decatur Street, Englewood, CO 80110. • The project involves multiple tasks including site testing, general conditions, site survey, permitting, bonding, mobilization, and insurance. • The project requires the demolition of existing fences, trees, and site furnishings. • The project includes the construction of new docks, landscape boulders, stabilized crusher fines paving, and shoring at lakeside for wayside feature. • The project involves the installation of solar-powered light poles, concrete pole bases, and sign graphics. • The project requires the planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, and grasses, as well as the installation of irrigation systems.
