The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Wyoming State Office is seeking a qualified small‑business vendor to fully up‑fit two 2026 Ford F‑150 law‑enforcement patrol vehicles with a comprehensive suite of emergency lighting, sirens, communications, interior equipment, and related accessories. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, transportation, programming, testing, and a five‑year warranty, and must be a SoundOff Signal authorized dealer located within 250 mi of Cheyenne, WY. Delivery and acceptance are required between 01 Oct 2026 and 01 Dec 2026. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and women‑owned preferences).
• Up‑fit two 2026 Ford F‑150s with emergency warning lights, siren control system, control panels, vehicle harnesses, remote nodes, exterior lightbars, grille lights, side/rear lights, interior console, dome lights, computer dock, prisoner partition, gun locks, pre‑wire for radar, blackout module, ignition security, cell booster, armor, and other accessories.
• Provide pick‑up, delivery, and on‑site installation in Cheyenne, WY; facility must be certified by SoundOff Signal and within 250 mi of the delivery point.
• Required warranty: minimum five years on all installed products and workmanship.
• Contractor must be actively registered in SAM and meet all FAR/DIAR clauses; all work must comply with specified wiring standards, circuit protection, and labeling requirements.
• Period of performance: 10 Oct 2026 – 01 Dec 2026; total quantity: 2 vehicles.
