Chillers & Chilled Water Pump Upgrades

The Anchor Bay School District is seeking sealed bid proposals for the provision and installation of chillers and associated chilled water pumps at nominated schools. The successful bidder will be required to provide bid security in an amount of not less than 2.5% of the proposed contract amount. The district reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the RFP process, reject any or all proposals, and award program components by component, group of components, or total program. • The proposal should include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee of the firm submitting the bid and the Superintendent or any member of the Board of Education. • The proposal should also confirm that the bidder is not an Iran-linked business as defined in the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. • The bid should be presented in accordance with the RFP specifications. • For more information, contact Todd Kananen at Centrix Energy Partners, LLC.
