Dry Dock Elevator Dismantle

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to dismantle and package for disposal three legacy dry dock elevators. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, design, transportation, and machinery to remove, dismantle, and palletize the dry dock elevators and all associated parts. The contractor must also provide a Project Manager, follow an Environmental Protection Plan, and provide a Safety Plan and Fall Protection Plan. The work must be completed as specified in the contract period of performance. • The contractor must have experience in demolishing structures of similar size to those listed in the performance work statement. • The contractor must provide qualified equipment operators to perform all aspects of the work. • The contractor must comply with safety and health work practices specified in Appendix I. • The contractor must comply with environmental guidelines specified in Appendix II. • The contractor must establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management.
