Guard Booth - Austin

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to provide a turnkey solution for the demolition of two existing guard booths and the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of two new 4‑ft × 4‑ft bullet‑resistant guard booths at its Austin campus. The work includes site measurements, removal and disposal of existing structures, foundation modifications, utility coordination, anchoring of the new booths, testing, commissioning, and operator training, plus warranty support. <br/><br/>• Demolish and remove existing guard booths at Gates 2 & 3. <br/>• Dispose of demolition debris per federal, state, and local regulations. <br/>• Perform site preparation, foundation repairs/modifications, and utility reconnections. <br/>• Deliver and install two Durasteel, ISC Level IV (or higher) bullet‑resistant guard booths (4′ × 4′). <br/>• Conduct testing, commissioning, and provide training for IRS personnel. <br/>• Provide warranty support and corrective‑action procedures during the warranty period. <br/>• Submit required licensing, past‑project references (minimum three comparable projects), and key personnel resumes. <br/>• Follow LPTA source‑selection; award to the lowest technically acceptable price.
