McRae-Helena 2025/26 LMIG-LRA

The City of McRae-Helena is seeking bids for the 2025/26 LMIG/LRA Road Improvements project. The work includes the construction of approximately 0.07 miles of 8” of base and paving and 1.46 LM of resurfacing, including 1,383 tons of 9.5mm Superpave, 410 tons of OGI leveling, 751 SY of 8” GAB base course, and 2.92 LM of high build striping. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the date of notice to proceed. • The bid forms, plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for review at the office of Hofstadter and Associates, Inc. • A bidder's bond payable to the City of McRae-Helena for 10 percent of the amount of the bid is required. • The City of McRae-Helena reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
