The County of Daviess is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial, cleaning, and glass‑cleaning services for the Morton J. Holbrook Judicial Center, a 53,000 sq ft facility in Owensboro, KY, for a one‑year term beginning July 1 2026. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, supplies (except trash liners and restroom consumables), uniforms, and perform daily cleaning, periodic floor stripping/re‑finishing, carpet cleaning, and annual window cleaning, adhering to strict schedules, security protocols, and monthly visual inspections.
