Description
The State of New York is soliciting bids to replace fan‑coil units throughout Building 80 (Phase II) at the Sagamore Children’s Psychiatric Center in Dix Hills, NY. The work includes mechanical demolition and installation of new HVAC fan‑coil equipment, associated piping, ductwork, controls, and energy‑recovery units, as well as the electrical upgrades required to power the new units, including new panels, junction boxes, VFDs, and building‑automation wiring.
