Description
The Department of Health, State Laboratories Division, is soliciting bids for the provision of Proficiency Testing Panels for various agents/assays in 2026. The panels include Bacterial 16S Ribosomal RNA, Chikungunya Virus, Dengue Virus RNA, MALDI-TOF, and Plasmodium spp. (Malaria). The offeror must be able to produce a Certificate of Vendor Compliance (CVC) issued by Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) at the time of award and for final payment. The bid must include shipping, administrative fees, and applicable taxes.
• The bid submission deadline is December 18, 2025, at 12pm Hawaii Time.
• The award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible offer that meets the bid requirements.
• The vendor must acknowledge in writing their ability to meet or exceed the specifications indicated.
• Prices shall include shipping, administrative fees, and applicable taxes.
• The State reserves the right to specify damages should there be any failure to perform the work as expected.
