Description
The State of Hawaii’s Department of Accounting and General Services is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive plumbing and fire‑sprinkler services on an as‑needed, task‑order basis for various state facilities located on Oahu. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and inspections in compliance with state specifications and safety standards. This is a single‑job (JOB) award with a “as‑needed” scope, meaning work will be issued via individual task orders after the contract is awarded. Vendors must be registered in Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE), provide required compliance documentation, and submit offers through the HIePRO system. A transaction fee of 0.75% (capped at $5,000) will be assessed on the award amount.
