The County of Calvert, MD is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call maintenance, repair, testing, and calibration services for its fuel dispensing equipment, underground storage tanks (USTs), and leak‑detection systems across multiple county facilities. The contract is a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions. Bidders must submit fully loaded unit prices for labor (regular and emergency rates), semi‑annual and quarterly preventive‑maintenance visits, required statutory tests, and annual calibration of UST monitoring systems. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and the contractor must carry specified insurance and indemnification coverage.
