Description
The Maryland Department of Labor is seeking a proposal for the upgrade of their AS400 system from IBM Power9 to IBM Power10. The proposal should include the provision of an IBM Power System S1014, with a detailed description of the product specifications, and deliverables. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. The project requires the installation and training services for the new system, with a due date of 02/06/2026.
• The proposal should be submitted through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
• The proposal should include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
• The proposal should be password-protected, and the password should be emailed separately after the bid due date.
• The contract will be for a fixed price, with annual pricing for items with multiple-year pricing.
• The contractor should be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer.
