The SHARP LLC is seeking a licensed Flooring and Floor Covering Contractor (C‑15) to remove existing vinyl and carpet tile flooring and install new Luxury Vinyl Plank (Mohawk Dealer Solutions III, caramel) with matching 6" brown cove base at two mid‑rise residential apartment complexes in Sacramento (Sierra Vista, 2300 K St; Sutterview, 2526 L St). The scope includes demolition, waste disposal, sub‑strate preparation per ASTM F710, installation of LVP, wall base, ADA‑compliant transition strips, daily and final site clean‑up, and provision of one spare box of flooring and cove base for each site. Work must be completed within 30 calendar days of contract award and no later than 31 Dec 2026, with mandatory pre‑bid site visits on 25 Sep 2026 and 6 Oct 2026. Bids are due 23 Oct 2026 (2 pm) via OpenGov; bids > $300 k require a 5 % bid bond, and the awardee must furnish 100 % performance and payment bonds.
