Description
The Bloomingdale Board of Education is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to oversee its school‑construction program. The CM will act as the District’s representative throughout pre‑construction, construction, and close‑out phases, providing planning, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and contract administration services. The contract is awarded on a “most advantageous” basis and will run for roughly 20 months, with renewal options.
