Description
The Army Contracting Command APG, Tobyhanna Division, intends to award a sole source supply contract for 12197 Orange Zenthane Plus Polyurethane topcoat. The topcoat is a two-component material that conforms to MIL-PRF-85285, Type I, Class H, Form M. The required quantity is 60 kits, each containing 0.75 gallons of Part A and 1 quart of Part B. The material must have a shelf life of at least 14 months upon delivery. The sole source determination was based on the desired product parameters, including a Quick-Dry formulation, extended pot life, and the ability to perform in hot and humid conditions.
