Description
The Town of Needham is seeking bids for On-Call Snow Hauling Services. The successful bidder will provide snow hauling services as needed. The contract will commence upon execution and end on April 30, 2026. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor informalities.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance in at least the minimum amounts required in the contract.
• The bidder must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the contract.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of good faith and a certificate of compliance with Massachusetts tax laws.
• The bidder must provide professional references.
• The bidder must execute the Town's contract if awarded.
