Ridge Lighting & Holiday Decor

The City of Conway is seeking qualified vendors to provide ridge lighting and holiday décor solutions to enhance the visual appeal and overall experience within the City of Conway. The project includes designing, furnishing, and installing a permanent, programmable lighting system along parapets and rooflines throughout the downtown area, as well as providing large-scale holiday décor for designated roundabouts. The City's goals for this project include establishing a cohesive and high-quality lighting and décor program, enhancing the downtown environment, and implementing durable and low-maintenance solutions. Key components of the project include linear LED ridge lighting, concealed mounting tracks and hardware, cloud-based control program, and electrical integration. The City reserves the right to award contracts by individual option, in whole or in part, to one or multiple vendors, based on the most advantageous proposal. Some of the key requirements for the project include: * The system must be fully programmable, scalable, and remotely operable through a cloud-based platform * The system must utilize commercial-grade, weather-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials suitable for outdoor installation * The system must provide reliable performance under typical Arkansas environmental conditions * The Contractor shall provide all services, labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to fully design, furnish, install, program, and place into operation the ridge lighting system * The Contractor shall provide a minimum seven-year structural warranty on all mounting systems and hardware, a minimum five-year warranty on all lighting components, controls, and electrical elements, and a minimum two-year warranty on labor and workmanship
