Small Business Readiness Curriculum Development

The City of Charlotte is seeking a qualified company to design a comprehensive training curriculum that builds small business capacity and readiness to participate in upcoming City-led projects. The company will be responsible for developing a Small Business Readiness Curriculum that provides small businesses with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to compete for City contracting opportunities. The scope of work includes curriculum development, training plan, and train-the-trainer training, but not delivery of the curriculum. Key aspects of the project include: • Developing a comprehensive training curriculum for small businesses • Providing small businesses with knowledge, tools, and resources to compete for City contracting opportunities • Creating a training plan and train-the-trainer training • Ensuring the curriculum is suitable for delivery by other designated facilitators and/or organizations
