Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded four Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Medical Disability Examinations (MDE) 2025 Regions 1-4 Recompete, also known as the Short-Term Contracts (STC). The contract ceiling established is a maximum quantity of 9 million exams, with no dollar value ceiling. To date, 5.2 million exams have been completed or are in progress. The contracts were awarded to Loyal Source Government Services LLC, OptumServe Health Services Inc, QTC Medical Services Inc, and Veterans Evaluation Services Inc.
• The contract ceiling is 9 million exams.
• The contracts were awarded in December 2024.
• The FPDS Total Contract Value will be updated to $5,000,000,000.00 for reporting purposes.
• Actual Total Contract Values will be known at the conclusion of all Task Orders performed under the IDIQ contracts.
