RFP 739-SL3782534 - Vehicle Retrofit Services - Mobile Medical Van

The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking proposals for vehicle retrofit services for a mobile medical van. The successful proposer will be required to provide a detailed description of their approach to the project, including a photo rendering of the van design, measurement specifications, and information about the project schedule and pick-up and delivery process. The proposer must also demonstrate their experience and reputation in providing similar services, and provide at least three references from current or recent clients. The evaluation criteria for this RFP include the proposer's pricing proposal, experience and reputation, and product/service specifications. * The proposal must include information that clearly indicates that the proposer meets the minimum qualification requirements. * The proposer must demonstrate evidence of certifications, permits, licenses, and insurances as appropriate to provide the services. * The proposer must certify that they are not currently delinquent in the payment of any taxes due under Chapter 171, Tax Code. * The proposer must certify that they are in compliance with all federal laws and regulations pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunities and Affirmative Action.
