Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) capable of providing Chemistry Analyzer Lease services on a cost-per-test basis to the Billings Area. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tools, and materials for the installation and maintenance of the leased Chemistry Analyzers. The systems and assays must meet the requirements and performance characteristics defined in the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) and be approved by the FDA.
• The contractor must comply with current National Electric Code (NEC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
• The contractor must provide startup and future reagents, transportation, and delivery.
• The contractor must meet the requirements and performance characteristics identified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• The contractor must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM).
