The Alabama Public Library Service is seeking a contractor to provide mat and linen services. The services include providing various types of mats, mop heads, and hand towels on a weekly basis. The contractor will be responsible for submitting invoices for services performed on a weekly basis in arrears. The service location is the Alabama Public Library Service in Montgomery, AL. Key services and products needed include:
• 2 – 3x5 rubber scraper mats
• 5 – 3x5 welcome mats
• 4 – 4x6 welcome mats
• 12 – wet mop heads
• 6 – push dry mop heads
• 100 microfiber hand towels (for cleaning)
• 150 terry cloth hand towels (for cleaning)
The contractor must accept all terms by submitting a quote.
