Description
The City of Baltimore is seeking an on-call contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for windows, blinds, and shades at various city facilities. The contractor will be required to provide goods and/or services as described in the specifications, which can be downloaded from the attachments tab. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the total bid price and acceptance of terms and conditions.
• The contractor must be licensed with the State of Maryland, Department of Assessments and Taxation to do business in the State of Maryland.
• The contractor must provide samples of all items listed on the bid at their sole expense.
• The contract is a one-time procurement, and all items must be bid.
• The contractor must hold their bid firm for a period of 90 days.
