Description
The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to perform landscaping maintenance in Medora, specifically in the medians and roundabout center island on Pacific Avenue. The contractor will be responsible for tasks such as picking up garbage, watering plants, and removing dead plants. The contract term is for one year, with options for two one-year renewal periods. The contractor must have the necessary licenses and permits to perform the work and must comply with all state and federal requirements. The proposal should include a technical proposal and a cost proposal, and the contractor must have experience and qualifications in landscaping maintenance.
• The contractor must provide maintenance of the medians and roundabout center island as detailed in Attachment 4.
• The contractor must identify and comply with all state and federal requirements that apply to the contract.
• The contractor must take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of their employees, state employees, the public, and property.
• The contractor must provide a project management plan to ensure the work is accomplished on time, within budget, and meets quantity and quality standards.
• The contractor must have and keep current any professional licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local laws for performance of this contract.
