Description
The VA Veterans Health Administration seeks a vendor to provide a web‑based, off‑the‑shelf eJournal subscription service covering three high‑value medical titles (Journal of Clinical Oncology, Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, and a Radio‑Graphics & Radiology combo). The contractor must be an authorized reseller, deliver unrestricted simultaneous access to all VHA sites, support VA gateway and LibLynx IP authentication, and ensure immediate, full‑text, embargo‑free access for the contract year. The award will be based on the lowest price that meets technical acceptability (LPTA).
• Required journals: JCO, JCP, Radio‑Graphics & Radiology combo.
• Delivery: Web‑based portal, IP‑based authentication, VPN access for remote users.
